Turkey and Indonesia to boost trade

Turkey and Indonesia have agreed to boost bilateral trade between to two nations to $5 billion by the year 2014.

Last year, the trade between Turkey and Indonesia was measured at $1.7 billion for 2010. The two countries have decided to boost the trade between each other as both are rapidly developing nations who both have eyes on being one of the top 10 economies in the world. The increase in trade between Turkey and Indonesia will see a boost to their goal of reaching that target.

Currently, Turkey has investments worth $5.2 million in Indonesia. Indonesian Ambassador to Turkey, Nahari Agustini has said that there is great potential to increase this as both countries develop and grow into power nations in the world.

Turkey and Indonesia are both two countries that are expected to develop and become important countries for worldwide trade in the future.
