100 places to see in Istanbul

A new volume of the ‘Istanbul Faces’ has been released that will focus on the 100 best physical, social, and cultural treasures of Istanbul.

The new addition to the series, titled: ‘100 Rota’ (100 Paths) was written by one of the leading photographers in Turkey, Gultekin Cizgen and will be released under Kutur A.S, the arts and culture side of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.

The book offers people who read it, an insight into Istanbul with 100 places of interest in the city listed alongside descriptions, location, and photos. The book has been divided into six sections to make it easier for readers to access the information they want. The sections are: Time, Distance, Culture/Art, The Seven Hilla, Special Paths and Traditional Markets, and Food and Beverage.

The book is a must read for anyone who is looking to travel to Istanbul and would like some ideas of the best places to go and visit. Istanbul is the biggest city in Turkey with more than 12 million residents. Trying to find your way around Istanbul without any help would be a mission impossible. The book makes it easy for people to find what they are looking for in the beautiful city.
